Day 2

Well today is day 2 of the challenge. I will not do any training today as it is a rest day according to the program. Have to stay motivated and stay focused.

Nutrition for today: bagel, soup and crackers, and lean cusine meal.

Babysitting today until 2, been an experience. 2 dirty diapers so far.

Still need members to join my challenge.

Also, I'm still trying to figure out this blogging stuff.

Rock on! Good luck with the weight loss! jeremy and i started our own weight loss program over 2 weeks ago and i've lost 5.5 lbs. as of today! we gave ourselves until our anniversary (12.31.08) to lose 16 lbs. in 16 weeks. wish us luck and good luck to you!
