Day 2

Well today is day 2 of the challenge. I will not do any training today as it is a rest day according to the program. Have to stay motivated and stay focused.

Nutrition for today: bagel, soup and crackers, and lean cusine meal.

Babysitting today until 2, been an experience. 2 dirty diapers so far.

Still need members to join my challenge.

Also, I'm still trying to figure out this blogging stuff.

Members

Hi all, I need some serious members to join the Couch 2 5K program with me. Anyone interested let me know.

Day 1

Hi all, I have completed day 1 of the program. I am sore but the workout session went very well. I begin with a 5 minute warmup walk and then I would run for 60 seconds and walk for 90 seconds. This was repeated for 8 cycles. I was able to complete all of the cycles.

Nutrition for today: bagel for breakfast, grilled chicken salad for lunch, and mixed vegetables, peas, mashed potatoes, and a small steak for supper.

Great day for the first day. I am very satisfied.
